With over thirty years of experience in the creative industry, Marçal is an established graphic designer. Originally from Barcelona, he later worked in the United States before settling in London, where he now practises, bringing a truly international perspective to his work.

With a career spanning independent studios, advertising agencies and media companies, Marçal has honed his expertise in art direction, branding, editorial and packaging. His work is defined by a balance of conceptual clarity and meticulous craftsmanship. It has been featured in leading design outlets, including AIGA Eye on Design, Computer Arts, Brand New, and The Dieline.

Excelling at translating complex briefs into innovative and eye-catching solutions, Marçal conceives designs built to last and transcend subsequent aesthetic trends. Beyond his core work in graphic design, he explores printmaking, typography, illustration, photography, motion graphics, DJing and electronic music production, making him a genuinely multi-talented creative. With a hands-on approach, he constantly evolves and refines his versatility to keep his practice fresh and engaging.

His recent MA in Curating Contemporary Design (Distinction) from Kingston University, in partnership with the Design Museum, London, broadened his expertise and provided invaluable insights into curatorial practice and cultural exhibition design.

Holding a BA in Graphic Design, he has also expanded his skillset through short courses at UAL Central Saint Martins, including Art Direction in Fashion and Fashion Photography. Committed to lifelong learning and creative experimentation, he continually refines his techniques in studio workshops, explores exhibition spaces, and mixes new sets on SoundCloud.
